Independently, they are are part of the collective: bad, or they are apostates: either in seed form, growing, or full grown and gone.

i've been studying with the jw's for a few months and i've attended a few meetings but things are feeling somewhat strange...i don't quite get the jist of things but i feel that i'm learning more of what the watchtower teachers and less of what the bible actually says.. i never open my bible.. i'm always reading the watchtower pamphlets.
i really like the people i've met in the congregation and the guy thats been doing the studies with me has been an awesome friend.. .
but i'm just having some issues.. i mean.. they translated their own bible to suit their own doctrines it seems.

when i was in my teen years i spoke to an ms and his wife about the physical abuse i had to endure from my father.
while they acted very concerned nothing was done about it.
no one ever spoke to me about it again and my father was never spoken to either.
Now, outside the JW, you have a "bad day."
In the JWs, you had a "bad life."
I would say things are much improved and looking up!

IMHO, MOST JWs are NOT good people: reason: they will lie as a pledge of loyalty if called to do so.
A person capable of lying is capable of anything.
Anything.....
Still, I do not count you in that group. This will cause you a great many problems and, eventially, will manifest itself in a clean break...of some sort.
The non-liers are, simply, stealth apostates...even they do not know it, nor do others....yet.

variable angina.. its when the arteries in your chest randomly all squeeze up just to piss you off.. the doctor said that this isn't heart disease and it wasn't caused by high cholestoral (mine is right on the money) and it shouldn't happen again- this was a fluke.. the doctor was really kind and nice and said that with the amount of pain i felt there's no way i should have maintained consciousness, much less been able to drive 25 minutes and then go to sleep.. then we ended up talking about genital piercings and body modification in general (my xray was lol.
) he was really kind and said pretty much, let's hope it never happens again.. .

Under "normal" conditions, if a person ran a nail through my nipple, it wouold result:
(1) an ER visit to repair said nipple, and,
(2) an assult charge on the person that rammed said nail through said nipple.
Thank you for the encouragement: I have made it fifty two years with out dye or dart in my posterior parts....I think another half century of the same will do....

Best comedy: Waiting for Guffman: Guys this film is sooooo funny. I have watched no less than thirty times. It takes place in the Midwest in a fictional town named "Blaine, Missouri." This is no joke: the town square looks just like the one in Mt Vernon: the county seat of our county: Lawrence. And, it is SO Midwest. It has one curse word in it, no nudity, etc.
Best film EVER: Gone with the Wind
Best horror film: don't know and don't care.....don't watch this stuff...
Best family film: the "Anne of Green Gables" series. We have watched them till we know the dialoge.

Just for future reference: how do body piercings fit in with that electrical jump start gadget they hook up....de-fibalater....on a body piercing?
I just took a course on how to use one: can you imagine throwing one of those pads over a nipple ring and zapping someone? What if it electricity flowed though the ring? Would it blow the nipple off or fry the damn thing? What if it were a female: would she ever lactate properly after getting jolted? What if you padded a belly ring and a nipple ring: what kind of circut is that?
